PRE_PURCHASE your individual Photo Shoot:  only 10 private photo sessions available,  pre-register and pre-payment required when signing up for the retreat so that Laena knows exactly how many to plan and set up for. It will be a 20 minute one on one session. It is $100 for the session which will include 1 high res photoshopped photo, and additional photos will be available for purchase at $50 a piece.

The RETREAT will BEGIN on Saturday Aug 27 with check-in starting at 10:00am

The RETREAT will officially END on Sunday Aug 28 at 12:00pm.  Some may wish to stay on the property to hike, relax and continue with photographs throughout Sunday afternoon.

This will be a residential retreat where participants may stay on-site and participate throughout the weekend. Please plan to arrive by 10:00am Saturday Aug 27 and stay until at least Noon on Sunday Aug 28th.

Due to the nature of the tax classification of Questhaven, all monetary offerings beyond the basic costs mentioned above can only be accepted by donation.  These gifts that may support the teachers or work is something the Buddhists explain well and call Dana. ["Dana" (Daana): is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart. Your generosity is a gift that supports not just the teachers, but also the Sangha, the larger Dharma community, and your own practice.]  All love offerings/Dana offered prior, during or after the retreat will be split amongst the facilitators, staff and cooks and will enable us to create more offerings such as this one in the future.

Whitney Kear:  With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, Whitney's expertise includes immersion with indigenous communities, certification in Sound Therapy, Yoga Teacher Training with DEEP YOGA, I-ACT Certification in Colon Hydrotherapy, and her own personal exploration to integrated wellness. She is also a business partner in Outside the Box Media Arts, a non-profit she helped to create whose mission is to serve as a messenger to portray an authentic account for the unheard voices from communities around the world through modern day technology of film, video and photography. She is currently co-producing a documentary, "The Unification of Wisdom", connecting ancient Mayan wisdom to modern times. In her healing practice, Whitney exudes a deep passion and committment in the human ability to reach our highest health through Yoga, Ayurveda, Sound Healing and a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern modalities.
